Associated Student Body
Who is ASB?
The Associated Student Body (ASB) program is the heart of student leadership and Eagles spirit on campus. ASB is a student-run organization dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment by planning and organizing events, promoting student engagement, and representing the student body’s voice in school affairs.
Purpose of Valley View ASB:
- Leadership & Representation: ASB serves as the student government, advocating for student interests and working with school administration to improve your high school experience.
- School Spirit & Culture: ASB organizes rallies, spirit weeks, dances, and other events that build community and Eagle pride among students.
- Student Engagement & Inclusion: The program ensures that all students feel connected and valued by promoting a culture of inclusivity and participation.
- Service & Community Outreach: ASB leads volunteer efforts, fundraisers, and partnerships with local organizations to give back to the community.
- Event Planning & Fundraising: ASB manages budgets, plans activities, and fundraises to support student programs, clubs, and extracurricular activities.
Through ASB, students develop leadership skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility while making a meaningful impact on their school. Here at Valley View, we offer an entry level course known as Renaissance. Once you are read for the next step, our Leadership course gives more freedom and responsibility on larger school projects.
Earn your leadership every day.
